The QT10-18 is a heavy-duty brick making machine built for medium to high-capacity production in modern building material factories. QT10-18 Product Description:

1. The mainframe adopts movable crossbeam high-strength steel structure, four-column guiding, and the bone fabric lifting frame adopts oil cylinder lifting, which can be adjusted according to the height of the mould, and it is simple and convenient to adjust;

2. The guiding column is made of super-strength special steel, and the surface is chrome-plated with high-strength wear-resisting performance;

3. The fabric way adopts toggle oscillating type fabric, which has the advantages of fast fabric speed and strong compactness;

4. Suspended four-way positioning aggregate truck (Patent No. ZL 2012 2 0394056.6), running resistance is small, power consumption is small, and can solve the interference phenomenon between the scraper and the mould due to the error of the board thickness;

5. Aggregate bin adopts motor to open the door, and the size of the door can be adjusted according to the amount of material used;

6. The lower mould locking is airbag locking mould, which can fully release the vibration force during moulding, and the product compactness is higher;

7. The vibration system adopts servo control, the use of servo motor high speed, high torque characteristics, can instantly stimulate the vibration force, improve the speed of moulding and compactness of the products;

8. The electrical components of the control system adopt international famous brands such as Omron, Siemens, ABB, etc., which ensures the stability of the control system, and the operating parameters of the system can be set and modified through the touch screen;9. Hydraulic system adopts imported hydraulic components Yuken double ratio solenoid valve, flow, pressure can be reasonably adjusted, so that the products get the best results; integrated hydraulic station, the oil temperature can be automatically adjusted to ensure that the equipment for a long time continuous operation;
