Product details

The QT15-15 is a high quality brick making machine built for medium to large yards. Its vertical vibrating pipe machine style vibration reaches deep into thick moulds, making it ideal for heavy blocks. For demolition contractors, the recycling demolition waste into bricks equipment works perfectly with this model – you can feed crushed concrete directly. This is a fully automatic brick making machine but you can switch to semi-auto for special runs. Unlike a cheap brick making machine, the QT15-15 has a dual vibrator system for even compaction. The large brick making equipment frame is made of bolted high-strength steel, easy to service.

QT15-15 Product Description 1. High-strength moving beam steel structure with four-column guide, easy mold height adjustment. 2. Ultra-high-strength, chrome-plated guide posts for excellent wear resistance. 3. Hydraulic translation distribution system for fast, uniform feeding. 4. Secondary scraping device (Patent No. ZL 2012 2 0286801.5) reduces aggregate residue and improves product surface quality. 5. Suspended four-way positioning aggregate cart (Patent No. ZL 2012 2 0394056.6) solves scraper-mold interference issues. 6. Hydraulic locking brake (Patent No. ZL 2013 2 0386391.6) prevents mold movement during demolding, ensuring high product yield. 7. Pallet centering device (Patent No. ZL 2013 2 0386392.0) keeps pallets in position to avoid waste. 8. Built-in lowering plate device ensures smooth wet product transfer and reduces damage. 9. Variable-frequency vibration system boosts forming speed and product density. 10. Control system uses Omron, Siemens, and ABB components for stable operation, with touchscreen parameter adjustment. 11. Hydraulic system with imported Yuken valves and automatic oil temperature control for continuous operation. 12. Versatile design for producing various cement products.
