This double flow copper tube horizontal casting production line is a specialized Bar Continuous Casting Line equipped with high-performance HCC Machine and precision Horizontal Casting Mold System, belonging to the category of Non-Ferrous Continuous Caster for copper alloy processing. Small size products are produced in a multi mode way with a daily production capacity of about 3T. The design power of melting furnace is 80kw, and the melting rate is 0.5t/h. The design power of the holding furnace is 60kW, which provides stable heat support for the operation of the HCC Machine and the whole Bar Continuous Casting Line.

1. Basic overview

Double flow horizontal continuous casting unit, as the core part of the Bar Continuous Casting Line and a key configuration of the Non-Ferrous Continuous Caster, is composed of melting furnace, holding furnace, electric control system, water cooling system, furnace working platform, casting machine, automatic tracking sawing machine, etc. The HCC Machine serves as the core driving equipment of the unit, cooperating with the Horizontal Casting Mold System to ensure precise and continuous casting of copper alloy products. The melting furnace adopts 80kw single melting hook and single inductor structure. The insulation section adopts 80kW single inductor and single melting hook structure, which is perfectly matched with the HCC Machine and Horizontal Casting Mold System to ensure stable production efficiency of the Bar Continuous Casting Line.
