Jiangsu Nanyuan Hydraulic Co., Ltd. had set up since 2006 who is specializing in the hydraulic production of Y81 series metal baler, Q91 series Gantry shear, Y83 series metal briquetting press , Y82 series non-metal packer, scrap crushing line,Q43 series crocodile type hydraulic shear, shredder and other non-standard products.

Overall Structure (see the overall structure diagram) is composed of the main engine, electrical system, hydraulic system, etc.

a:Main Engine: composed of the fuselage, main cylinder, side cylinder, door cover cylinder, door lock cylinder, etc.

b. Main Cylinder: The main cylinder is installed on the main cylinder seat of the side frame using the front flange. The piston rod is connected to the pressing head with screws and is used for final compression, allowing the materials initially formed in the compression chamber to finally form a compact block.

c. Side Cylinder: The side cylinder is installed on part of the door beam and mounted on the rear frame using a flange. The piston rod is connected to the pressing head with a circlip, used for secondary compression, allowing the materials in the compression chamber to initially form.

d. Door Cover Cylinder: The door cover cylinder is hinged to the machine’s door beam with two pins. The piston rod is connected to the door cover via the pin, enabling the opening, closing, and locking of the door cover through the forward and backward movement of the piston rod.

e. Door Lock Cylinder: The door lock cylinder is fixed on the outside of the front frame and hinged to the lock head via a pin, used to drive the door lock device and complete the door locking action.
