This 100-ton silicone rubber vulcanizing hydraulic press is ideal for silicone phone cases, automotive silicone accessories, industrial cushioning pads, waterproof sealing rings, and medium-sized molded rubber parts. It's also suitable for silicone kitchenware (silicone spatulas, baking mats, food covers, baby food steamers, ice trays) and silicone baby products (pacifiers, baby food bowls, teethers, plates, silicone bib molds). The raw materials are mostly food-grade liquid/solid silicone rubber, requiring uniform pressure, precise temperature control, no air bubbles, and high dimensional consistency. The molds are mostly multi-cavity molds, with one mold producing multiple small parts, requiring sufficient clamping force to compact the rubber material. Mass production workshops require long-term continuous pressure maintenance and multiple venting operations to avoid material shortages, delamination, and surface defects. Hydraulic System Principle: Utilizing Pascal's fluid pressure transmission, the system can output full pressure throughout its entire stroke. Pressure, pressing speed, holding time, and venting frequency are independently adjustable, perfectly matching the high-temperature vulcanization process of silicone rubber and resolving production defects such as material shortages, bubbles, deformation, and dimensional deviations.

 

Machine Structure: A uniform, thickened four-column guide structure ensures high guiding accuracy and prevents uneven load distribution during long-term high-pressure mold closing. Thickened heat-treated heating plates ensure uniform surface temperature, eliminating poor vulcanization caused by localized temperature differences.

 

Safety Protection: All models come standard with overload relief, emergency stop, and two-hand start. 80T/100T models are upgraded with infrared safety light curtains and mold anti-collision buffers, eliminating the risk of hand pinching and mold bursting under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

 

Daily Maintenance: Core maintenance points are standardized: regularly check hydraulic oil cleanliness, cylinder seals, hydraulic control valves, and heating circuits. Oil contamination can lead to pressure drop, uneven rubber vulcanization, and wear on hydraulic components. Regular replacement of filtered hydraulic oil is recommended. Maintenance is simple and cost-effective.

 

The 100-ton hydraulic press boasts the largest clamping force among medium-tonnage presses, with pressure evenly distributed over a large heating plate. It features a full touchscreen multi-segment process programming, automatic venting, automatic pressure compensation, timed mold opening, and audible and visual alarms. It supports the addition of push-pull molds, ejection mechanisms, and water cooling systems. Temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, significantly improving the yield of high-requirement products, and ensuring long-term stability and durability under heavy loads.
