Detailed Description
This 330kV double winding high voltage transformer is core equipment for national high-voltage transmission backbone grid. Different from on-load tap transformers, it applies unexcited off-circuit tap regulation: voltage adjustment needs power cut, featuring simpler structure, lower failure rate and more cost-effective investment for stable base-load power stations and main substations.
Hermetically sealed oil immersed construction isolates internal core and windings from external moisture and dust, extending service cycle and reducing routine maintenance frequency. Compact overall layout saves substation floor space and facilitates upgrading and reconstruction of existing power station equipment.
It bears strong anti-short-circuit and anti-overvoltage capability, effectively resisting grid surge voltage and harmonic interference during grid operation. Widely used for boosting generator outgoing voltage in thermal & hydropower plants for long-distance power delivery, as well as linking different regional power grids to realize cross-area power mutual supply.
