This Multi Terminal Wire Harness (LOOM-05) is a high-temperature resistant multi-branch wiring assembly developed for equipment internal signal and power distribution transmission. Unlike ordinary single-color PVC wire harnesses with simple branch layout, this product adopts multi-color UL3135 silicone high-temperature wires, matched with multi-type terminals including spade terminals, flag terminals and full-wrap pin headers on both ends, and is equipped with M32 threaded waterproof nylon gland and fiberglass protective sleeves to realize waterproof, high-temperature and wear-resistant integrated protection. It can serve as core internal wiring for on-board control modules, being a reliable customized branch of standard car wiring harness.

All internal conductors are 18AWG tin-plated silicone wires that can stably work under -40℃ to 105℃ extreme temperature environment, effectively avoiding insulation aging caused by long-term heat accumulation inside vehicle equipment or industrial cabinets. Different branch lengths are preset according to equipment wiring layout, and transparent PVC sleeves and heat shrink tubes are wrapped at each terminal joint for double insulation isolation, which can effectively prevent short circuit caused by wire friction and contact. The middle section adopts large fiberglass tube for concentrated wire bundling, which avoids messy wire arrangement and improves the tidiness of internal equipment wiring. We can adjust wire gauge, single branch length, terminal type and color collocation according to customer equipment drawings, to build exclusive custom cable assembly and wiring harness suitable for compact installation space of automotive electronic control boxes and industrial sensor modules.
Every finished wiring assembly will pass DC 500V withstand voltage test, full continuity inspection and terminal tensile test before leaving the factory, eliminating hidden dangers such as open circuit, poor contact and terminal falling off. The matched silicone waterproof ring at the threaded gland can block dust, water mist and oil stain from invading the equipment interior, greatly extending the service life of internal circuit transmission. Color-coded wires can help maintenance engineers quickly distinguish power supply, ground wire and signal lines, significantly reducing the error rate during equipment assembly and after-sales overhaul.
