Equipment Configuration
1.Main Steel Structure
The main beam is welded with thickened Q235 steel plate, and the high-temperature load-bearing area adopts 20g heat-resistant steel plate. With 6400mm gauge and 300℃ design temperature, it supports 40t rated load and 1.25 times impact load, featuring high structural strength and thermal stability.
2.Traveling & Translation System
The cart adopts variable-frequency drive with smooth acceleration speed of 2-20m/min and precise jog positioning. Buffer and anti-derailment devices are installed at both rail ends. The trolley adopts dual hydraulic synchronous drive, with ±250mm horizontal translation stroke and stable operation.
3. Hydraulic Safety System
Three independent hydraulic units control ladle lifting, platform lifting and nozzle opening. All cylinders are equipped with hydraulic self-locking valves to prevent falling under power-off or pipeline damage conditions. The matched accumulator supports emergency operation, and the water-glycol flame-retardant medium ensures high-temperature safety.
4. Intelligent Weighing System
Equipped with heat-insulated and shock-absorbing weighing sensors to monitor real-time molten steel weight and flow rate. Data is wirelessly transmitted to the on-board LED display. Both static and dynamic weighing accuracy reaches 0.5% for accurate production measurement.
5. Laser Centering System
Automatic laser positioning device realizes fast and accurate pouring alignment. The laser head retracts automatically after positioning to avoid high-temperature damage, greatly improving working efficiency and pouring accuracy.
6. Electrical Control System
Adopts Siemens PLC and mainstream brand electrical components. High-temperature resistant cables and drag chain protection ensure stable circuit operation. Acousto-optic alarm, emergency stop and equipment interlock braking realize safe and intelligent control.
7. Safety Auxiliary Structure
Equipped with anti-slip platform, standard guardrails and maintenance ladders. The whole machine adopts anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant coating, with non-destructive testing for key welds. Reserved hydraulic and air pipeline interfaces support later functional expansion.
