Simple Brewing Guide (95–100°C)

1. Warm your cup (or don't – it's fine)

2. Add tea (1/3 of gaiwan, or 3g in a mug)

3. Rinse (optional)

4. First steep: 10–15 seconds – pine smoke and longan sweetness emerge

5. Steeps 2–3: 15–20 seconds – mellow and sweet

6. From steep 4: add 10 seconds per steep – gentle, sweet finish

Cold Brew Recommendation: 3g tea + 500ml room temperature water. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours. Refreshingly sweet – the perfect hydration after a skate session.
