HJ98S-PET is a 98-ton dedicated injection molding machine designed for direct molding of PET powder into preforms, focusing on low-shear plasticization, high-rigidity clamping and servo energy efficiency to deliver a low-consumption, high-consistency solution for small-to-medium batch production of preforms for daily chemicals and food packaging. Equipped with a PET-specific screw (L/D ratio 24) and a segmented independent temperature-controlled barrel, the machine optimizes shear heat control during melting to reduce the risk of yellowing and degradation of PET materials, making it suitable for molding high-transparency food-grade PET. With a clamping force of 980kN, tie bar spacing of 360×360mm, and mold height compatibility from 100mm to 350mm, it accommodates multi-cavity preform molds. The 4+1 ejector configuration with 34kN ejector force ensures smooth preform ejection, minimizing defects such as whitening and deformation. The 12.0kW servo drive system dynamically adjusts power output according to load for reliable injection stability under closed-loop pressure control. With a theoretical injection volume of 175cm³, it supports production of preforms in various cavity configurations. The compact footprint saves floor space, and the machine supports direct molding from PET powder to simplify production workflows, making it a practical dedicated equipment for preform production in small-to-medium factories.
