HAIJING HJ398S servo energy-saving injection molding machine features 3980KN clamping force and 730×700mm tie bar spacing for flexible mold replacement. Three optional screws support a maximum injection weight of 2065g and injection pressure up to 212MPa, suitable for precision small parts, daily plastic goods and auto small components.

Equipped with a 44KW embedded servo motor, it achieves remarkable energy saving, fast injection response and high dimensional repeatability. The 111KN ejection force and 12+1 multi-point ejection system ensure smooth demolding for various cavities.

With 5-section barrel heating for even plasticization and a compact 15.5-ton structure easy to layout and relocate, this machine balances productivity and operation cost, perfectly serving small and medium plastic processing factories.
