All openings, edging, and screen printing must be completed before tempering, and cannot be cut or polished again after tempering
1、CNC cutting and material cutting
Cut according to the 3D model of the whole vehicle, with a dimensional tolerance of ± 0.1mm, distinguish the glass rolling texture, and avoid optical deformation.
2、Four sided precision grinding+four corner R-chamfer
Rough grinding fine grinding polishing, eliminating micro cracks at the edges; The corners are high-risk areas for self explosion, and the rear gear of buses is forced to be fully chamfered.
3、CNC drilling/slotting
The reverse camera hole, license plate installation hole, and electric heating wire terminal hole have polished hole walls without any broken edges.
4、Fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and drying
Remove cutting oil and dust, ensure the adhesion of black glaze ink, and steel without pitting or pinholes.
5、Screen printed black glazed border+LOGO/3C label
High temperature ceramic ink is printed on the inner side, which does not fade when fused with glass during tempering; OEM can print the brand logo of the vehicle manufacturer.
6、Continuous bending tempered steel (core process)
Heating zone: constant temperature of 620-660 ℃, glass softening with plasticity
Surface forming: Flexible servo roller/gravity mold pressing down to form a single/double curved arc
Air cooling quenching: The upper and lower high-pressure air grilles are rapidly cooled, forming compressive stress on the surface and increasing strength by 3-5 times
7、HS homogenization treatment (mandatory process for public transportation)
Maintain a constant temperature of 290 ℃ for 2 hours, release the stress of nickel sulfide impurities, and significantly reduce the rate of thermal and thermal self explosion in the later stage. The records must be checked by the host factory for review.
8、Full item inspection and storage
3D arc scanning, light distortion, transmittance, falling ball impact, fragment testing, stress detection; Arc tolerance ≤ 0.3mm.
