Standard processing flow for curved tempered glass rear windshield
All openings, edging, coating, and screen printing must be completed before tempering, and cannot be processed again after tempering
Original cutting
Transparent white glass/insulated green glass/coated original sheet is CNC cut according to 3D drawings with small dimensional tolerances; Distinguish glass texture to avoid optical distortion.
Grinding edge+R-corner chamfering+CNC drilling
Four sided mirror polishing, four corner large arc chamfering; The inner walls of the camera, license plate, and buckle holes are polished to eliminate micro cracks and prevent self explosion caused by cold and heat.
Fully automatic dust-free ultrasonic cleaning
Remove dust and cutting oil, ensure adhesion of screen printing and coating, and have no pitting or defects.
Screen printed ceramic black glazed frame
Black high-temperature glaze is printed on the inside of the glass to cover the sheet metal adhesive and prevent the aging of the adhesive strip; OEM can print car company logos and CCC certification codes, and pre dry them after printing.
Hot bending surface forming+air-cooled tempering (core process)
The furnace is heated and softened at 620~660 ℃, and the roller conveyor/mold is pressed to match the curved surface of the vehicle body;
The upper and lower high-pressure air grilles cool rapidly, creating compressive stress on the surface of the glass and increasing its strength by 3-5 times.
HS homogenization treatment (mandatory process for buses/public transportation)
Maintain a constant temperature of 290 ℃ for 2 hours, eliminate impurities of nickel sulfide, and significantly reduce the probability of long-term outdoor exposure and self explosion.
Full factory inspection
3D laser scanning curvature, light distortion, transmittance, falling ball impact, fragment testing; The curvature tolerance for buses is ≤± 0.3mm, and for high-end models it is ≤± 0.05mm.
