This sheet consists of a hot-dip galvanized steel substrate coated with a matte polymer system, typically comprising a primer and a durable topcoat based on acrylic or polyester resin. The matte finish reduces surface glare and minimizes visible fingerprints, while providing corrosion resistance, UV stability, and protection against moisture and airborne pollutants. The coating adheres firmly and maintains its integrity under thermal expansion and contraction, resisting chalking, peeling, and delamination in temperatures ranging from approximately -40°C to 80°C. The material complies with recognized international standards, including ASTM A653 and EN 10346.

The sheet can be cut, bent, welded, and roll-formed using standard fabrication methods, making it suitable for exterior cladding, roofing, soffits, interior wall panels, partition walls, and decorative components in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Its low-maintenance surface requires only cleaning with mild detergents. At the end of its service life, the galvanized steel and coating can be separated during recycling, supporting material recovery. This coated steel provides a non-reflective, uniform finish that integrates with glass, stone, and other building materials.
