The wire body selects UL1015 standard 14AWG black stranded tinned copper wire, composed of 41 strands of 0.254mm fine copper wires, with an outer diameter of 3.5mm thickened insulating layer. The PVC insulation material features strong oil resistance, bending resistance and anti-aging performance, adapting to long-term use in the temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃, and can cope with the temperature fluctuation and slight vibration inside vehicle cabins and equipment casings. One end adopts original TE tin-plated brass quick-disconnect female terminal, matched with transparent blue insulating protective sleeve; automated constant-pressure crimping technology is adopted to ensure firm combination between terminal and wire, effectively avoiding terminal loosening, wire shedding and poor contact caused by long-term mechanical vibration. The other end reserves a 7.5mm standard stripped bare wire end, which supports direct welding, winding and screw locking connection, bringing diverse wiring choices for construction personnel.

The standard finished length is controlled at 319±10mm (12 inches), shorter and more portable than conventional long jumpers. When customers have special size demands, we can adjust the overall length and stripping length through the customized scheme of custom auto wiring harness, to fit diversified installation spacing.
