Wine-red Al-Zn coated steel sheet~1

Based on a 55% Al-Zn alloy (Galvalume) coated substrate, its corrosion resistance is 2-6 times that of pure galvanized steel. Combined with a high-quality wine-red weather-resistant topcoat, it offers a design life exceeding 30 years for outdoor applications like roofing and cladding, with minimal maintenance cost. The Al-Zn alloy coating and light-colored topcoat (e.g., wine-red) work together to provide high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI), effectively reflecting infrared heat. This helps lower building surface temperature and reduce air conditioning energy consumption, especially suitable for energy-efficient buildings in hot climates. The wine-red topcoat uses high-weather-resistant polyester or fluorocarbon systems with special UV absorbers. It maintains vibrant color long-term with excellent chalk and fade resistance, ensuring enduring building aesthetics to meet both aesthetic and performance demands of high-end commercial and residential projects.
