Our inflatable seal are specially designed for powder and bulk material handling systems, providing reliable pneumatic sealing for industrial conveying, dosing, silo discharging, pneumatic conveying and bulk loading equipment. Traditional fixed rubber gaskets easily cause powder leakage, dust emission, material waste and frequent wear during continuous bulk operation. Our inflatable sealing solution effectively solves these industry pain points by adopting expandable pneumatic sealing structure, achieving zero-gap sealing during working and retracting automatically when idle.
Widely applied in bulk powder machinery including silo outlets, rotary valve joints, bulk tanker loading hatches, conveying pipeline interfaces and dust isolation doors. With excellent powder tightness, flexible expansion performance and long-cycle durability, these seals ensure clean, safe and efficient bulk material processing.
Working Principle
The silicone inflatable seal remains contracted in standby status, avoiding friction and extrusion during equipment opening, closing and material conveying. When the system starts operation, low-pressure compressed air inflates the seal to expand evenly, tightly filling irregular assembly gaps and forming a complete airtight barrier. This fully blocks fine powder leakage, dust overflow and material escape. After operation, air pressure is released and the seal retracts to its original shape, greatly reducing wear and extending service life compared with static seals.
