Mulit-layer Multi-color Silicone Label Heat Transfer Process

The overall process of in-mold heat transfer is universal, while machine models and configurations vary widely. Jinyu Machinery specializes in equipment for silicone in-mold heat transfer. This multi-color silicone in-mold heat transfer process is mainly applied to the garment auxiliary materials, luggage and gift industries, specially for producing silicone transfer car stickers and 3D stickers, including garment labels, luggage labels, bag labels, gift labels, shoe labels and so on. The full production line process: first mix silicone materials with a mixer and degas via a vacuum machine for material preparation, then dispense materials with a dispensing machine and cure in an oven, then transfer to a vulcanizing press for hot-press molding, finally cool the molds rapidly on a freezing table for cyclic production. The 4 core machines are dispensing machine, oven, hydraulic press (vulcanizer) and freezing table. One person can operate the whole line, matching multiple molds for cyclic operation to mass-produce various multi-color silicone labels efficiently.
