To meet different budget and application standards, we provide two grades of white PTFE Plate to avoid performance mismatch and material waste.

1. Food Grade White PTFE Sheet Composed of 100% pure virgin PTFE resin, non-toxic, hygienic and certification-supportable. It meets the criteria for food processing and is commonly used in food machinery liners, non-stick gaskets, and conveyor accessories for direct food contact applications.

2. White PTFE Sheet – Industrial Grade Pure virgin and modified recycled types. Virgin industrial PTFE has stable physico-chemical properties for harsh working conditions, while recycled PTFE offers cost-effective performance for general industrial anti-corrosion liners, insulating gaskets and mechanical protection parts.

Virgin PTFE Sheet Vs Recycled PTFE Sheet: Virgin PTFE has high purity, full stability and better temperature & corrosion resistance, such as food processing, precision electronics and high-corrosion chemical equipment. The basic performance of recycled PTFE is stable and the price is low, which is suitable for general mechanical gaskets, industrial insulation and wear-resistant liners that do not have high standard requirements.

Working temperature range is stable from -200°C to 260°C. It will not deform, age or lose performance under high temperature working conditions for a long time, and keeps flexible and crack resistant in low temperature environments.
