Prepainted Galvanized steel in sheets with colors

Prepainted stone-textured galvanized steel coil is produced from hot-dip galvanized sheet, which receives a chemical conversion pretreatment to promote paint adhesion and retard edge creep. It is then roll-coated with a multi-layer PVDF-based paint system comprising an anti-corrosion primer, a printed stone-grain ink layer, and a clear, durable topcoat. The cured film passes T-bend and impact tests, enabling the sheet to be formed into corrugated, ribbed, or complex custom profiles without cracking or peeling. The topcoat, containing high-performance UV absorbers and stabilizers, resists chalking, fading, and gloss loss over extended outdoor exposure, even in high-humidity and saline environments. Its surface hardness reaches 2H pencil grade, providing good resistance to handling and installation scratches. Coating thickness is tightly controlled to ensure uniform appearance and protective performance across the entire coil length.

These prepainted coils are extensively applied in building envelopes—including exterior wall cladding, metal roofing, fencing, curtain walls, soffits, eaves, canopies, and composite panels such as sandwich and honeycomb types. They are also used for garage doors, rolling shutters, and modular shelters. Available in a wide range of RAL colors and custom-matched hues, the product offers design freedom. The lightweight nature simplifies transportation and on-site erection, and fixing can be accomplished via screws, standing-seam locking, or structural adhesives. The smooth, non-porous finish minimizes dirt retention and eases cleaning, while its impermeability hinders mold formation. At end-of-life, the galvanized steel substrate is fully recyclable, supporting sustainable construction objectives. This material is equally suitable for new construction and renovation works, providing a combination of visual stone-like appeal and reliable weather resistance over its service life.
