Hybrid Heating Design:

Steam Heating (Preparation Mode): Provides rapid and efficient heating for cooking or mixing processes.

Electric Heating (Storage Mode): Precisely maintains product temperatures between 30°C and 60°C with stable thermal control, ideal for storing heat-sensitive ingredients and preventing scorching.

Precision Liquid Level Management:

The tank is equipped with three dedicated level sensors:

Top Sensor (Full Alarm): Prevents overfilling.

Center Sensor (Half-Level Monitoring): Suitable for batching and process control.

Bottom Sensor (Low-Level Alarm): Protects pumps from running dry.

(Optional Upgrade:) A single multi-point sensor can be selected to consolidate the above functions while maintaining the same level of accuracy. All sensors seamlessly integrate with your existing PLC or control system, sending real-time signals to other equipment for automated filling or discharge.

Dual Temperature Sensors:

Two RTD sensors are mounted on opposite sides of the tank. This cross-verification design ensures accurate average temperature readings and eliminates localized cold or hot spots.
