Silicone 3D Heat Transfer Label Principle: Mold Press Molding: Liquid silicone is injected into a metal mold (multi-color designs require a dispensing machine and oven), then covered with hot melt adhesive film/powder. After vacuum degassing and high-temperature pressing and vulcanization, adhesive-backed silicone labels are mass-produced. Typical Applications: Seamless neck labels, brand sleeve labels, high-density 3D heat transfer labels on jerseys. Process Advantages: Finished products are produced independently; subsequent label application to clothing fabrics is flexible; text edges are extremely precise and clean.
