PVC drip-molded (soft PVC patches) labels are made from liquid PVC paste resin. First, molds are carved according to patterns. Different colored pastes are prepared and vacuum-defoamed. Then a drip molding machine applies paste layer by layer by color. Each color is pre-baked to prevent color bleeding. After the base layer is dispensed, the mold goes into an oven for high-temperature full curing. The finished labels are cooled, demolded, trimmed and inspected. Optional post-treatments such as adhesive backing are available. The final products feature soft 3D effects and are widely used as accessories for footwear, garments and bags.
