Black HDPE Rod | High Density Polyethylene Solid Round Bar

Black HDPE Rod is a high performance thermoplastic round rod made from pure high density polyethylene resin. Unlike recycled HDPE products, which have unstable performance, AHD uses 100% virgin new materials in the extrusion molding process to ensure uniform internal density, smooth surface and consistent mechanical properties for each rod. This HDPE rod has excellent chemical inertness, resistant to most acids, alkalis and corrosive liquids, no toxic precipitation and a high safety.

HDPE rod can be adapted to the extreme temperature environment, and maintains stable toughness and structural performance in the high temperature and low temperature working conditions. It has good electrical insulation properties and can effectively isolate current and static interference. It can be customized in multi-color, full size, cut and CNC deep processing, suitable for mass industrial production and small-batch trial processing.
