Bing Dao Ripe Puer Tea 8g Mini Compressed Tea Brewing Video
3 week ago

Nestled in the high mountain tea gardens of Mengku, Shuangjiang, this high-altitude ecological wonderland shrouded in perennial mist nurtures ancient Mengku large-leaf tea trees. With sturdy and twisting trunks, the ancient trees stretch their roots deep into mountain soil, continuously absorbing nutrients from the wild forest. Their buds and leaves are plump and robust, packed with abundant internal substances. Following traditional tea picking standards, premium fresh leaves are handpicked to ensure consistent tenderness. The fresh leaves are then transported to the tea factory for withering, securing raw material quality right at the source.
Made from Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried green crude tea, the tea undergoes standardized pile fermentation for ripe Pu'er, then compressed into individual 8g mini square tablets. Each piece comes in an independent sealed package, clean and hygienic. One tablet per serving, no tea chiseling required. The dry tea is tightly compressed with distinct tea strips, featuring a glossy dark brown hue mixed with a few golden-brown leaves. Whole tea strips with no broken debris retain the rich texture of ancient tree raw materials.
Once brewed, the tea liquor is deep red, translucent and wine-red with a brilliant luster. It delivers a mellow and sweet taste with the typical honey sweetness characteristic of the Bingcha region. The liquor is silky, with rich glutinous aroma, free of odd or fermented stale flavors. It offers a long-lasting sweet aftertaste, lingering sweetness in the throat, mild and pleasant to drink.
After steeping, the infused leaves are dark reddish brown, supple and elastic. The leaf texture is thick and intact with clear veins. Moderate and even fermentation keeps the leaves lively without carbonization, demonstrating the premium quality of ancient tree tea.
