Pinch Type Pipe Welding Rotator-Positioner

      Pinch type pipe rotator is a special automatic welding equipment for all kinds of pipes, elbow pipe and pipe flange.These automatic welding equipment are able to realize welding pipe to pipe, pipe to flange, pipe to elbow welding. Pinch and turning rotator or down press welding rotator is used for auto welding external circular seam of short pipe or flange.

Pinch type up roller high press pipe rotator is composed of slewing column, drifting up pinch type roller, roller micro-adjusting part, base,control box and so on . The column beam is made of rectangle tube, equipped with rails on both sides, fixed on slewing bearing at the base . There is the elevating structure of pinch type rotator at the head of column, which is driven by motor,worm wheel,worm reducer and guide screw pair, one head of guide screw is connected to guiding device of drifting pinch type rotator, while another head is fixed with guide screw in the column.guiding device of drifting pinch type is space gliding t, it can assure the stability about rotator elevating. There is a slewing bearing between column and base , which makes the column ±180° rotating. Pinch type rotator is hand control, when loading pipe on rotator, adjusting drifting pinch type roller to pack it, then start control box to make the pipe rotator.

      GGLJ series oscillating pinch turning pipe rotator / positioner has a swing angle of ±45 degree and an assisting pressure column for pipe clamping without chuck. The tilting rotator is used for welding pipe with elbows and flange plate. The welding positioner have high pipe spool fabrication with height eccentric loads. The wheels center to center distance adjustment by manual . The wheels rolling speed may be adjusted by VFD.
