Automatic HDPE Fitting Fabrication of Plastics

Workshop Pipe fitting fabrication machine for elbows, wyes, tees, flange necks, crosses. every type of polyethylene fittings or Polypropylene fitting needs relevant clamps to finish pipe fabrication. RGH315/90 Workshop Plastic Fitting Fabrication Machines is to create HDPE or PP wyes, tees and cross pipe fittings from 4" - 12" IPS, RGH630/315 Plastic Fabrication Welding Equioments manufacture elbow, tee, cross, wye from 14''IPS to 24'' IPS, all jaws operated manually, RGH-A630/315 Full-Automatic Polyethylene Fabrication Machines with CNC control panel eliminates operator errors and increases productivity, all jaws operated hydraulically, faster welds, precision welding operation, and data logger function.

1.Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60° ) fittings of PE,PP,PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting , make integrated fitting and weld straight pipe and fitting and so on.
2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
3. Teflon-coated heating plate move forward and back hydraulically on spherical bearings guides
4.Trimmer move forward and back hydraulically on spherical bearings guides
5. Control panel accompanies with CNC system to eliminate any risk of error due to the operator
6. Automatic welding pressure calculation according to different fittings fabrication parameters in DVS2207 welding standard
7. Full-Automatic welding procedures with PLC and Touch screen
8. Welding statistics recording and printing function.
9. Pre-installed welding standard such as ISO, DVS and multilingual languages.
10.Reliable performance ,easy to operate.
