Plastic welding , similar to the more common metal welding, uses heat to melt pieces together. perfect plastic fusion needs right heating temperature, welding pressure and welding time in different stage as bead soaking, heating and cooling. 1.Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60° ) fittings of PE,PP,PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting , make integrated fitting and weld straight pipe and fitting and so on.
2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate.
4. Milling plate movement adopts safety switch control to avoid unexpected start.
