HYDRAULIC BREAKER ASSEMBLE OF SEAL

Piston is the main components for hydraulic breaker/hydraulic hammer cylinder. It is the moving part of a hydraulic breaker/hydraulic hammer. The piston moves up and down and hits on the tool, while the valve rotates to control the oil flow's direction. It is the place where movement happens and where the hydraulic power is generated.

1. The piston transfers mechanical energy to the hydraulic breaker rod (rock rod) in the way of reciprocating motion, and is one of the two important moving parts of the breaker hammer.

High-speed motion occurs in the piston and the middle cylinder, resulting in wear, which increases the original gap, increases the internal leakage, and reduces the pressure, resulting in a decrease in the impact energy of the breaker.
