I.Basic Information:

1) Type:electro galvanized ,hot dipped galvanized 

2) Material :low carbon steel ,Q195 
3) Wire Diametre.:BWG8-BWG22(4.0mm-0.7mm)
5) Zinc Coated:8g-35g/m2(electro galvanized )

                   40g-350g/m2(hot dipped galvanized)

II. Process:

According to different production process ,Galvanized Wire can be divided  into Electro Galvanized Wire and Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire.

 The following is our production process:

 Electro Galvanized Wire:

Steel rod coil →Wire Drawing→Wire Annealing→Rust Removing→

Acid Washing→Boiling→Zinc Feeding→Drying →Wire Coiling 

 Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire :

Steel rod coil →Wire Drawing→Wire Annealing→Rust Removing→

Acid Washing→Zinc Feeding →Wire Coiling 

IV.Packing:

plastic paper inside and woven bag outside       

plastic paper inside and hessian cloth outside

III.Application:

1) construction binding wire 

2) wire mesh weaving

3) making express way fence 

4) chain link fence 

5) handcrafts
