Types of Pulse Jet Valve

Divided from the working principle

1.Direct-acting Pulse Valve

Working Principle: When the electromagnetic pulse valve is energized, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing member from the valve seat, and the valve opens; when the power is off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring presses the closing member on the valve seat, and the valve closes.

Features:It can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the diameter is generally not more than 25mm


2.  Solenoid pulse valve distribution direct-acting solenoid valve:
Working Principle: It is a combination of direct-acting and pilot-operated principle. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet. After power-on. The electromagnetic force directly lifts the pilot small valve: and the main valve closing member lifts the valve upwards in turn to open the valve. When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference, after the power is turned on, the pressure of the lower valve of the main valve of the pilot valve of the electromagnetic force rises, and the pressure of the upper cavity decreases. The pressure difference pushes the main valve upwards; when the power is off, the pilot valve uses spring force or medium pressure to push the closing member and moves downward to close the valve.

Features: It can be operated at zero pressure difference or vacuum high pressure, but it must be installed horizontally if the power is large. 


3. Solenoid pulse valve pilot-operated solenoid valve:
Working Principle: When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, and the pressure in the upper chamber rapidly drops around the closing member, forming a pressure difference between the upper part and the lower part. The pressure of the fluid pushes the closing part upward, and the valve i] opens: the spring force opens the pilot hole when the power is turned off. Closing, the inlet pressure quickly bypasses the valve through the bypass hole to form a lower and upper pressure difference. The fluid pressure pushes the closing member downward and closes the valve.

Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range can be arbitrarily installed (need to be customized) but must meet the fluid pressure differential conditions
