Water Cooling Conveyor Belt Vulcanizer
Water Cooling Conveyor belt vulcanizer is used for splicing & repairing EP conveyor belt, rubber conveyor belt, Nylon conveyor belt and Steel cord conveyor belt etc. The water cooling belt vulcanizer produced by Arphu is widely used in mining industry, chemical fertilizer, cement industry, steel mill, power plant, etc.
Conveyor belt vulcanizer is consisted by aluminum alloy cross beams, bolts and nuts, heating plates, water plate or rubber bag, automatic control cabinet, electric pump and cables, etc.
Features of Arphu Water Cooling Conveyor Belt Vulcanizer
1.Heating Plate: lightweight, portable, pressure and temperature uniformity;2.Water Plate: high pressure can reach Max. 2.0 MPa (20 bars or 290 psi);
3.Cross Beam: lightweight & high tensile aluminum alloy;
4.Very fast cooling speed: Cooling down from 145°C to 60°C costs about 8-10 minutes;

1.Max. Working pressure: 1.5 MPa (as per requirement of order );2.Vulcanizing temperature: 145°C;
3.Surface of heat plate difference: ±5°C;
4.Warm up time< 30min (from normal temperature to 145°C);
5.Voltage: 380V, 50HZ, 3 Phases (as per order voltage);
6.Output power of control cabinet: 9.8--36 KW;
7.Temp. adjusting range: 0～299°C;
8.Timer adjusting range: 0～99 min;
9.Gap of top and bottom plate under 0.8 MPa pressure is no more than 0.5 mm.
