Due to the high adhesion strength between belt layers, a significant amount of labor is required for stripping during vulcanization preparation. On-site vulcanization is a breakthrough for belt joints, but the labor required for stripping becomes cumbersome and inefficient. In order to improve labor productivity and reduce labor intensity, ARPHU designed the belt stripper that can be used in conjunction with a belt vulcanizing machine for joint preparation.

The Cord Stripper is a vital accessory for stripping and separating the steel cables of conveyor belts. It is extensively utilized in the cement plant, power plants, mining industry, belt companies, steelworks, and ports, among others.
