1. The air bag capacity is too small, or the air supply pipe of the air bag is too small, and the air supply after the injection is insufficient, the pulse solenoid valve cannot be closed normally (closed), and the diaphragm oscillates (resonance phenomenon).

Treatment: connect several small air bags into a large-capacity gas storage circuit; place the gas-regulated gas tank as close as possible to the dust collector air bag and add the air-filled gas supply pipe.

2. There is no installation of water, oil and sewage separation triple parts at the site. There is no sewage valve or sewage valve under the air bag has not been opened for a long time. Water and debris enter the valve, blocking small diaphragm air pins and small air outlets. 3. The pulse width of the pulse solenoid valve is too long, and the coil is energized for a long time, which causes electromagnetic memory. The push rod in the electromagnetic pilot valve cannot be reset, the diaphragm cannot be closed, the residual pressure in the air bag is too low, and the air supply is insufficient. .

Solution: Replace the pulse solenoid push rod and replace the upper cover of the small diaphragm if necessary.

4. The pulse gap of the pulse solenoid valve is too frequent and the air bag capacity is too small, so that the residual pressure in the air bag after injection is too low, and the air supply pressure is insufficient. The last few valves in each air bag cannot be reset and leak.

Solution: Check the input of the pulse width of the pulse solenoid valve, and adjust the pulse width from 100ms to 200ms. Replace the solenoid pilot valve coil that has generated electromagnetic memory. Increase the air bag capacity according to the above improvement scheme. If it is not feasible, it is necessary to extend the blowing gap or increase the air bag pressure to ensure the speed of the air bag.
