SN-730 is a newly developed high-performance silica anti-corrosive pigment, specially engineered for protective coating applications on

household appliances and structural metal components. Formulated as a fine white powder, it adopts advanced ultrafine particle technology

paired with eco-friendly alkaline chemical properties. This unique combination delivers stable, industrial-level anti-corrosion performance,

while greatly improving the cost efficiency of coating formulas for manufacturers.

Ultra-Efficient Barrier Protection System

Featuring a controlled particle size of 2.5–3.5μm D50, SN-730 builds a dense and compact coating microstructure after film formation.

The tortuous physical barrier structure effectively blocks the penetration of moisture, chloride ions and other corrosive substances,

fundamentally slowing down metal oxidation and rust formation.

Another standout feature is its ultra-low oil absorption value of 40–60g/100g. Compared with conventional anti-corrosive pigments, this property

With a stable active alkalinity ranging from pH 8.0 to 10.0, SN-730 can actively neutralize acidic pollutants accumulated on metal surfaces and
