SS-402 silicon dioxide powder is a versatile material that is widely used in various industries, including coatings. It is known for its excellent 

properties such as high thermal stability, hardness, and chemical resistance. However, the traditional production methods of silicon 

dioxide powder can be costly and time-consuming.

- Super scratch resistance and chemical resistance

The surface hardness reaches 3H (pencil hardness), and it passes 500 steel wool friction tests (load 500g) without scratches, meeting the

high-frequency contact requirements of electronic products and automotive interiors;

Resistant to alcohol, sweat and other chemical reagents wiping (1000 times without falling off), ensuring the long-term stability of the coating.

- Organic surface engineering (loss on ignition ≤ 9.0%)

Corresponding to 5-7wt% organic modification (TGA 350°C weight loss step), it offers three core advantages: PP/ABS 100-grid adhesion level 0 (no primer required).

Alcohol resistance >1500 wipes.Anti-agglomeration and dispersibility (viscosity change <3% after 30 days).

-Optimized oil absorption (250-300ml/100g DOA).Low oil absorption design (20% lower than similar products):Reduced dispersant usage.

-Ensures leveling during spray/flow coating.

High porosity of 1.8-2.0ml/g compensates for matting efficiency (4% addition achieves 20GU).
