Our HF-28 ECO receptive coating, often referred to as water-based inkjet coating, is tailored specifically for the modern green industry.

We’ve focused on crafting an advanced eco-friendly formula for this product—one that contains no organic solvents or harmful volatile

substances—without compromising on coating performance or how well it adheres to various substrates. You’ll find it widely used for surface

treatment and functional coating acceptor layers on common substrates like plastic film, paper, and PET.

Below are the product’s key characteristics:

1. Eco-friendly & Non-toxic: Built on a water-based system with ultra-low VOC content, this product fully complies with international standards

such as ROHS and REACH, making it a safe choice for eco-conscious applications.

2. Superior Acceptability: As a receptive coating, it significantly boosts the adhesion and printing clarity of both water-based and UV printing inks

—addressing a common pain point for users looking to achieve crisp, long-lasting prints.

3. Versatile Process Compatibility: With a moderate viscosity range (1200–2000 mPa·s), it maintains excellent leveling and transfer properties
