Reasonable extrusion tool structure, shape and size can control the internal structure and mechanical properties of the product to a certain extent, especially in terms of controlling the weld structure and mechanical properties of hollow aluminum products, the size and shape of the shunt hole and Its distribution position, the shape and size of the welding cavity, and the structure of the mold core play a decisive role.

Therefore, it brings great difficulty to the mold design, manufacture and production of the aluminum radiator profile. If the design of the extrusion die is unreasonable, it is easy to cause defects such as eccentric teeth, broken teeth, twisting, waves, bending and cracks of the die during extrusion, so the reasonable design of the extrusion die is the profile of the aluminum LED lamp heat sink. The decisive factor to achieve normal extrusion.
