1. This machine is mainly used to compress various scrap metal components with dimensions less than 6000x1600x800mm (LxWxH) into bundles with a cross-section of 500x320 and a certain density under normal conditions, and then cut them into scrap steel blocks of suitable sizes. This process turns the waste materials into sheared heavy materials through extrusion and shearing.

2. This machine features a 1600mm wide shearing edge, with a maximum shearing width of 1600mm. It is particularly suitable for shearing loose scrap steel materials.

3. The material box of this machine is open, with a capacity of up to 8 cubic meters. It has the characteristic of facilitating mechanical feeding, thus ensuring high production efficiency.

4. This machine is equipped with two side-pressing devices, which can squeeze the scrap steel materials to the center of the shearing machine's cutting edge, reducing the machine's load and extending its service life.
