FAQ
1.Why the stainless steel kettle would come out black or yellow color, sometimes like the rainbow after used?
The reason: The surface of stainless steel(304/316) kettle had oxidation reaction when it was in the high temperature. It
is a normal scene about the stainless steel material. It is nontoxic and do not effect the taste of your food.
Disposition: Scrub the kettle used the scouring pad with dishwashing liquid
If it do not work, please scrub the kettle with Stainless steel cleaning paste.
2.Why it occour some white spot or gray spot after boiled water?
The reason: The spot is the limescale. The spot can be different colour according to the different water quality. Sometime the spot can be yellow&white, gray&white or gray&yellow.
Disposition: Put half quantity water of the pot into the pot, add 30-90ml (or more) vinegar, heat the water to boiling. Then turn the heat down to heat the water in 2hours.
