The two-position two-way solenoid valve (normally closed type) is a commonly used solenoid valve used to control the flow of fluid. It consists of two channels and two solenoid valves.
In a normally closed solenoid valve, when the solenoid valve is not energized, the channels are closed and fluid cannot pass. When the solenoid valves are energized, one of the solenoid valves opens, allowing one of the channels to open and fluid can pass through. When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the channel closes and the other solenoid valve opens, allowing the other channel to open and fluid can pass through.
