How to Use:

Cool down to below 90°C, after discharging the waste oil, add Armcoltherm Clean OS, raise the temperature to 100~110°C to discharge the water that may exist in the system, raise the temperature to 180~200°C, keep the system circulating for 24h~48h, maximize the solvent effect of the cleaning agent, and the system can reduce the amount of cleaning agent by segmented cleaning. After cleaning, cool down to below 90°C and drain the cleaning agent. Armcoltherm Clean OS is thermally stable and compatible, and a small amount of residue will form azeotrope with the heat transfer oil in the system, so there is no need to worry about the impact of cleaning agent residues on the new heat transfer oil in the system.

Solvent cleaning is not possible when the system is heavily contaminated with hard coke deposits, and the removal of highly inert hard coke is often required
