Application

1. Adenosine Cyclophosphate of Male Health can phosphorylate L-type calcium channel protein, change the activity of calcium channels, and affect the calcium inflow of cardiomyocytes. 2. In vascular smooth muscle cells, CAMP also activates PKA. PKA can phosphorylate myosin light chain kinase (MLCK), and the activity of MLCK decreases after phosphorylation. MLCK is a key enzyme that regulates the contraction of vascular smooth muscle, and its reduced activity causes vascular smooth muscle to relax. Vascular smooth muscle relaxation can lead to decreased peripheral vascular resistance, which is another important factor in the decrease of blood pressure.

3. CAMP can also affect blood pressure by regulating the function of vascular endothelial cells. It can promote the release of nitric oxide (NO) by endothelial cells, which is a powerful vasodilator. The diffusion of NO into vascular smooth muscle cells will activate guanylate cyclase and produce more cyclic guanylate (cGMP), which further promotes the relaxation of vascular smooth muscle and reduces peripheral vascular resistance, thereby lowering blood pressure.
