Product Description
The function of the mechanical dross grab in hot dip galvanizing line is to clean and collect the dross and waste generated during the galvanizing process. In the hot dip galvanizing line, steel is immersed into molten zinc solution for galvanizing, which generates a large amount of dross and waste, such as zinc slag, iron slag, waste liquid, etc.

As one of galvanizing equipment, dross grab can collect these residues and waste materials through mechanical devices and conveying systems, avoiding their impact on the normal operation of the production line and product quality. At the same time, it can also separate and treat the collected garbage and waste, so that it can be effectively utilized or safely processed, reducing environmental pollution.
