PE/PP Water-Ring Granulation Line – Turn Film, Bag & Fabric Scrap into First-Grade Resin

Next-generation plastic recycling solution engineered for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE films, woven/raffia, non-wovens and post-industrial waste. The line couples a high-torque twin-screw Plastic extruder machine with water-ring pelletizing to deliver 30 % more output and 25 % lower energy use than conventional systems, while noise is kept below 75 dB.

Integrated workflow

Automatic forced feeding → inline metal detection → melt filtration → vacuum degassing → water-ring cutting → centrifugal drying → vibration grading → big-bag or sack packaging. Every stage is tuned for continuous, stable production with <0.3 % residual moisture and uniform 2–4 mm spherical pellets.

Beyond recycling: one supplier, total extrusion coverage

Pair the granulator with our Plastic Pipe Extruder for immediate in-house reuse, or feed the clean pellets to a Plastic Extrusion PVC Profile Tooling line to manufacture window & door profiles, decking, sheets or pipes—no secondary compounding required. We also supply pre-wash, shredder, crusher, water-treatment and storage modules for a fully closed-loop plant.
