This is a huge HDPE pipe extrusion line designed for manufacturing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes with a maximum diameter of 1600 mm. As a high-capacity Plastic Pipe Production Line, it is engineered to deliver efficient, stable, and precise production of large-diameter HDPE pipes.

Equipped with an advanced PE Pipe Extruder and supporting systems, the line ensures uniform material melting, consistent wall thickness, and excellent mechanical performance throughout the extrusion process. The robust Plastic extruder machine provides strong output capacity and stable operation, making it suitable for continuous large-scale production.

This HDPE pipe extrusion line is widely used for producing pipes applied in water supply systems, drainage networks, and industrial piping projects where high strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life are required.
