Our SJ35 model, with a pipe diameter of 16mm-50mm, a maximum traction speed of 15m/Min, a main motor power of 18.5-30Kw, and a maximum extrusion output of 90Kg/hour, can also be used as a separate single screw extruder, and we will provide corresponding technical support.

POLESTAR Machinery can produce single screw extruders and twin screw extruders, among which the single screw extruder is a solid material that is continuously melted, compressed, and extruded in a high-temperature heating barrel. It is precisely because the single screw extruder occupies a relatively small space that it has become a widely used machine in many composite material processing and plastic blow molding fields.

At the same time, our workshop also produces PE/PP granulators, plastic pipe haulers, and plastic pipe cutting machines to provide you with one-stop service. We can help you combine the machines you need to improve your efficiency. We will also provide unified after-sales service.
