At the beginning of PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine or PVC Extruded Plastic Profile production, a short PE guide pipe is normally threaded through the vacuum sizing tank, cooling tank and Plastic PVC Pipe Haul Off Machine. Our innovative plastic pipe guide device, mounted directly on top of the Plastic PVC Pipe Haul Off Machine, replaces this consumable guide pipe and automatically feeds the newborn PVC or PE profile into downstream sections.

The 8-claw Plastic PVC Pipe Haul Off Machine is engineered for PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine and PVC Extruded Plastic Profile lines. Eight strong, synchronized claws grip PE or PVC pipe, maintaining constant speed and tension to guarantee dimensional accuracy and surface quality throughout the haul-off phase. The upper five caterpillar tracks are pneumatically compressed and protected by a mechanical limit stop that prevents pipe flattening, while the lower three caterpillar tracks offer an electrically adjustable telescopic range, ensuring perfect contact on pipes from 16 mm up to 315 mm.
