Water Based Ink Spray On Glasses

Water based ink spray on glasses is specially designed for the decoration of curved cups. It has passed the food-grade certification, no heavy metals have been detected, and VOC is less than 1g/L. It provides a safe and environmentally-friendly spray coating for wine glasses, water cups and daily necessities, facing the cycle challenge of dishwashers.

Precision cleaning system

Glass Washer Machine integrates 60℃ alkaline spray (5% NaOH) and 40kHz ultrasonic wave to remove grease fingerprints for 8 seconds/cup. The residual particles are less than 5 μ m (in line with ISO 6206), and the risk of adhesion failure is reduced by 90%.

Efficient spraying curing ecology

The automatic spraying line is equipped with a 0.3mm diameter atomizing spray gun, and the ink utilization rate is increased to 85% (30% less than that of the traditional process);

Conveyor Tunnel Dryer completes curing in six minutes with infrared and hot air (gradient of 60℃→120℃→80℃) in three-stage temperature zone, with energy consumption less than 0.8 kW h/㎡ to avoid thermal deformation of thin-walled cup.
