1. 2 eggs, 200ml milk, 50g corn kernels (20g for surface decoration), 30g powdered sugar.
2. Break up the eggs (just break up, but don't beat them).
3. Add milk to the beaten eggs and stir gently.4. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
5. Use a whisk to mix the milk and powdered sugar in one direction (must be in one direction).
